Here are the details:

What is it: A 21-Day Challenge to help you create a regular habit of mindfulness and learn tips for mindful parenting.

Who is leading it: Circle of Hope proudly presents this challenge. Dr. Ellen Cooke, founder of Circle of Hope, radiation oncologist and mindfulness teacher with a few added lessons from Michelle Dineen, licensed clinical social worker with a specialty in infant mental health and reflective practice.

What will you take away:

  • A skill set to use for mindful parenting.

  • Tips on how to be more present, and less reactive with your kids.

  • Mindfulness tools to teach your kids.

What is included:

  • You’ll receive a daily email with that day’s mindfulness exercise for 21 days.

  • You may also choose to join our Facebook Group CUREate Your Mind, where mindfulness is discussed.

When is it: Work at your own pace. You’ll receive a daily mindfulness audio recording to your email for 21 days. These are 5-20 minutes long.
